Rachel Rose picked up a tattoo machine at sixteen, becoming one of the youngest professional tattoo artists in Utah, and never put it down. More than a decade later, she's known across the Wasatch Front for large-scale custom work: full sleeves and back pieces that turn skin into story.
Her range is the point. Hyper-detailed black & grey realism, saturated color work, delicate florals, bold blackwork, portraits, and geometric designs, every piece drawn custom for the person wearing it. No flash, no repeats.
Based in Ogden, Utah, Rachel works by appointment, starting every project with a free consultation so the design fits you: your idea, your body, your budget.

Simple, Honest Pricing
Every project starts with a free consultation. Final pricing depends on size, detail, and placement, settled together before the needle touches skin.
30 minutes, no pressure. Bring your idea, references, and questions, then leave with a plan and a quote.
Fully custom design included. One-hour minimum. Deposits go toward your final session cost.
Eight hours for big moves: sleeves, back pieces, and large-scale projects that deserve momentum.
